Security & Privacy Practices

The practices we use to keep creator data safe and to operate responsibly.

Responsible data handling

CreatorMaximus collects only the data needed to provide the platform: account information, content you create or upload, and minimal product usage signals. We do not sell personal data, and your drafts and analytics are never used to train shared AI models.

Security practices

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) for all traffic between your device and CreatorMaximus.
  • Encryption at rest for stored data via our managed database provider.
  • Role-based access controls and least-privilege access for internal systems.
  • Row-level authorization on data so creators can only access their own records.
  • Audit logging for sensitive administrative actions.

Data minimization

We avoid collecting data we do not need. Where a feature can work with anonymous or aggregated data, we use the less-identifying option by default.

User control

You can export your content, delete projects, and request account deletion at any time from inside the dashboard or by emailing support@creatormaximus.com.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please report it privately to security@creatormaximus.com. We commit to acknowledging reports promptly and working with researchers in good faith.
