CreatorMaximus, including all educational resources, AI-generated outputs, workflow recommendations, analytics, productivity systems, and creator tools, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, CreatorMaximus.com, or their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, or assigns (collectively, the “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, audience, followers, subscribers, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
- Educational resources, guides, glossary entries, workflows, or research.
- AI-generated outputs and recommendations.
- Workflow, planning, or methodology recommendations.
- Analytics, dashboards, benchmarks, or insights.
- Productivity systems and creator tools.
- Reliance on any information made available through the platform.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and whether or not the Protected Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Aggregate cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Protected Parties for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to CreatorMaximus in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Jurisdictional limits
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
