Governing law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, these terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Venue
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Class action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and CreatorMaximus agree that any dispute will be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Statute of limitations
Any claim arising out of or relating to the platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, except where applicable law prohibits such a limit.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
