Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, CreatorMaximus.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (the “Protected Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the platform.
- Your violation of the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other policy in the Creator Trust & Governance Center.
- Your violation of any law, regulation, or right of any third party.
- Any content you upload, generate, publish, or distribute using the platform, including AI-assisted content.
- Infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party intellectual property right, privacy right, or publicity right.
- Disputes between you and any third party arising from your use of the platform.
Control of defense
The Protected Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with such defense.
