Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your ownership of your content, and your responsibilities under intellectual property law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the original content you create on or upload to CreatorMaximus. We claim no ownership over your drafts, projects, uploads, or AI-assisted outputs you produce inside the platform.

License to operate the platform

To provide the platform — store your content, render it back to you, generate AI assistance, sync with integrations you authorize — you grant CreatorMaximus a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and process your content solely for those purposes. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, generate, or publish through CreatorMaximus complies with:

  • Copyright law (including the rights of third parties to images, video, music, and text).
  • Trademark law (including brand names, logos, and likenesses).
  • Licensing terms of stock assets, fonts, music libraries, and templates you use.
  • Permissions for any people featured in your content.

No ownership verification

CreatorMaximus does not verify ownership of content uploaded by users or generated using its tools. You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload or generate.

Reporting infringement
