Copyright & DMCA Policy

How copyright concerns are reported, reviewed, and resolved on CreatorMaximus.

Our position

CreatorMaximus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Submitting a notice

To submit a DMCA notice, email copyright@creatormaximus.com with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and a URL where it can be located.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notices

If your content is removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in our reasonable discretion.
