What counts as a correction
We publish a correction whenever a factual claim is shown to be inaccurate or materially incomplete, when a source is misrepresented, or when a workflow recommendation is materially updated.
How corrections are handled
- Corrections appear at the bottom of the corrected article with a timestamp.
- The original text is updated only when the change improves clarity; otherwise the correction is appended.
- Significant corrections may be noted at the top of the article when material to the reader.
